Ps4 digital download dlc

So on yesterday, , I contact Square-Enix and they do some looking and tell me that the digital downloads contain the registration key, so I need to work with Playstation to fix the issue. Basically telling me I have a bad download. I made several calls to both Square and Playstation. Playstation tells me that I need the registration code from Square and Square tells me that the digital copies have the registration code 'built-in' and that I need to do nothing but start the application.

They, however, say that I've redeemed the code and there is nothing that they can do. I've not seen anything do this. Square Enix will not give me a registration code, Playstation will not give me a copy of the game that includes a license, and Sony Rewards will not refund my points nor give me a code that will work.

Does anyone have any advice on what I should do next, or am I just screwed out of the points and download?
